✺ Price & Booking ✺

Payments will be taken in 2 or 3 payments* with an initial deposit to secure your space. The deposit is non-refundable but other instalments are subject to our regular t&c’s. (*Sign ups after 1st of June have 1 deposit payment + 1 installment)

✺ Location ✺

The full 4 days will be held at the beautiful Baking Room and Granary Room at MyEdinburgh, Brunswick Street Lane, just 5 mins walk from our home shala. This special, but larger location allows more space (physically and mentally) for our summer school to be much bigger than our home shala space and we can extend it out everyone and friends to join us from further away.

It’s a full accessible location, with lifts, kitchens and several bathrooms. Large practice room (40+ folks space) and smaller upstairs space for in depth philosophy and workshop style sessions (25 folks).

A row of yellow lounge chairs with wooden armrests and backrests, each with a green pillow, situated near a large window with potted plants outside.
Open indoor space with a row of chairs, a table, and a staircase in the background, featuring large windows and skylights letting in natural light.
A narrow cobblestone alleyway with parked cars, bicycles, and old stone buildings on both sides, leading to a taller modern building in the background.

Close to the main train station (15-20 min walk), tram stop (direct from the airport- Picardy Place) and local bus stops.

Our home shala (3a Montgomery St Lane) will be open for collecting yoga mats and extra overflow space if you need a quiet spot to relax.

✺ Accommodation/Food ✺

Our Summer School is at the end of the Edinburgh Fringe and International Festival.

Bonus is that you can enjoy a few shows/ theatre whilst coming to the summer school! We will be keen to share recommendations and make social connections between our group so you can go to events together in the afternoon/evenings.

Downside: Accommodation can be a little more expensive. With this proviso, please reach out to our team if you would like to be hosted by a local yogi. We have lots of folks in our community who have a spare room/sofa/ bed that can support you, as long as you are willing to be a nice guest/don’t need your own private apartment. We will connect you with some folks and it will be your responsibility to manage this together.

Food: We will be providing tea/coffee/fruits and snacks across the day, but we are not planning to provide fuller meals for the summer school, so plan to bring your own breakfast and lunch, or check out some our favourite location cafes (we will send out a list!). It will be important to get out for fresh air and walk during our day and we have planned good time for you to do this each day.
