Join us at our studio for a weekend of free classes, promotions, coffee and community events.

A perfect chance to try out different styles of classes, teachers, therapists and see our beautiful studio! We have yoga mats and all the props you need- just come in clothes you are happy to move in.

Saturday 3rd October | Schedule & Booking

  • 10:15-11:00

    Gentle Vinyasa with Joanne

    A slower, more gentle approach to Vinyasa yoga. A more accessible version of a flow class which gives lots of opportunity to move in a way that suits not only our body, but also our energy levels.

  • 11:00-13:00

    Physiotherapy taster sessions w/ Anthony

    Meet our amazing physio, Anthony where you can ask questions about his holistic approach, and how he could help you overcome injuries, pain and barriers to feeling and moving well, in your yoga practice and life beyond.

    The consults/chats will be 20mins and to make the most use of his time, pre-book in advanced.

    11:15-12:00

    Beginners with Kirsten

    This is foundational class, perfect for those newer to yoga or Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

    You will be guided through the basic elements of what to expect in a yoga class- including breath and movement.

    12:15-13:00

    Pilates with Emma

    Emma fuses classical Pilates with exercises from physiotherapy and strength & conditioning to build a resilient, connected body.

    Suitable for all levels.

  • 13:15-15:15

    Community Lunch, Swap Shop & Open House

    Everyone welcome for a social, informal lunch/social.

    Open House- drop by during this time to chat to one of our team, see our space, pick up a schedule.

    Swap Shop- donate good condition clothes and take something home! We will be accepting donations the week before also.

    Expect big pots of dhal, coffee and a lot of community. Bring a dish or some fruit to share.

Sunday 4th October | Schedule & Booking

  • 12:30-13:15

    Community Yoga with Vanessa

    This is an accessible and inclusive class with a fusion of flowing postures, breath-work and rest.

    Appropriate for all levels, especially those newer to yoga or working with injuries/ pain or long term conditions

    13:45-14:30

    Vinyasa with Samuel

    A flow style class where you are led through your practice linking your movement with breath. Vinyasa yoga is a more dynamic practice where you move through a flow of different yoga poses.

    This class will be appropriate for people with some experience of yoga.

    15:00-15:45

    Ashtanga Basics with Katie

    This is foundational class, perfect for those newer to yoga or Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

    Perfect for those newer to yoga, or no experience at all.

    16:15-17:00

    Ashtanga with Emma

    Ashtanga is breath and movement practice rooted in a traditional Indian philosophy.

    This class is suitable for those with a little bit of yoga experience.

  • 17:30-18:15

    Yin & Nidra with Eniko

    An opportunity to sample the ultimate Sunday afternoon wind down starting with gentle yin yoga poses, followed by Yoga Nidrā. Yin yoga is a style of introspective yoga asana inspired by Chinese medicine.

    This class is suitable for all levels.
